Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India. International shipping will be introduced in the future.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines typically range between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.

Remote or non metro locations may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp to follow your delivery status in real time.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or operational disruptions.

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect product delivered

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange
• Products that have been used, washed, or worn
• Products without original tags and packaging
• Products damaged due to improper use or care

Return Request Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@asndsports.com with
• Your order number
• Clear images or video of the issue
• A brief description of the concern

Our team will review the request and respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Exchange Process

If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product or an alternative size, subject to availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if a replacement or exchange is not possible.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be covered by ASND.

For all other cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
